This link provides access to Assessment Two covering Lesson 2 accidents 6 to 10. This assessment will document your proficiency with the lesson content. It is strongly recommended that you study all the on-line accidents prior to taking this assessment as your test score will be recorded. The assessment is available at:
When you select the assessment above, a sign-in box similar to the one shown on the right will appear. To sign in, you will need to type in your first initial and last name. Then, type in the last four digits of your social security number with no spaces. Leave the Group field blank. Then select the ENTER button. This is the same sign-in name you use for the eLMS to begin training and you do not enter anything in the Group field.
