Access Course Assessments

This link provides access to the Applying Lessons Learned from Accidents end-of-course assessments. These assessments will document your proficiency with the lesson content. It is strongly recommended that you study the on-line lessons prior to taking these assessments as your test score will be recorded. There are three assessments for this course:

• Assessment One Lesson 2 - Accidents 1 to 5
• Assessment Two Lesson 2 - Accidents 6 to 10
• Assessment Three Lesson 3 - Case Studies

When you select the assessment above, a sign-in box similar to the one shown on the right will appear. To sign in, you will need to type in your first initial and last name. Then, type in the last four digits of your social security number with no spaces. Leave the Group field blank. Then select the ENTER button. This is the same sign-in name you use for the eLMS to begin training and you do not enter anything in the Group field.
