Welcome to the course on Applying Lessons Learned from Accidents.
This course is broken down into three major lessons. The lessons have been designed to be taken in order - each lesson builds upon the knowledge gained in the previous lesson. The Reference Library and Glossary are available at any time. Lesson 2 of the course consists of 10 summaries of historical accidents. The summaries present the data that lead to the lessons learned, and explain the system breakdowns that led to each one. Having a working familiarity with each of these accidents will ultimately have an effect on the way you conduct your day-to-day business. These 10 accidents are just a sample of a much larger set of accidents that will be added to this course in the future.
